Job opening – Admin Manager

Asia Pillars and Live Promotions, co. Ltd. are seeking an administrative manager to support their team of event planners and consultants for the business, entertainment and artistic community.

Employment Type: Full-time (No Freelance)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: 1-year contract after a 3-month probation period – (no work permit provided)
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB/month depending on experience
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Holidays: 12 days per year + 13 national holidays

Asia Pillars is a prominent business networking platform based in Thailand. It facilitates connections among C-level executives, department heads, experts, founders, and business owners across various industries. Founded in 2019 by Alexandre Lorent Guerra, Asia Pillars organizes exclusive networking events aimed at fostering business growth and relationships. The platform offers memberships for individuals, corporations, and premium members, providing access to regular networking events, business development consulting, and increased brand visibility. Additionally, Asia Pillars hosts specialized events for the arts and film industries, bringing together key figures and professionals in these fields. – 

Live Promotions offers project management services on exciting artistic and cultural projects. The company advises local and international creative brands to expand their business in South-East Asia, by creating artistic events, producing concerts & festivals, organizing tours for artists, and introducing its clients to key partners. Live Promotions supports Asia Pillars in their administrative, communication and production tasks of the networking events. Live Promotions is dedicated to supporting projects related to the advancement of the arts. We are currently working on assisting a contemporary dance company from Chiang Mai, producing the Bangkok shows of a world-famous trumpeter and other international artists, preparing a season of concerts and shows for institutional and private partners, while fostering local business development for western creative enterprises. – 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the event planning and consulting teams
  • Keeping track of expenses and maintaining financial records
  • Handle invoicing for clients, follow up with members, and contact guests as needed.
  • Maintain and update the database of contacts, suppliers, members, partners, venues, and artists.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents
  • Prepare for meetings, take notes, and organize information.
  • Handle salaries, banking transactions, and any government-related administrative tasks.
  • Ticketing, cashier and guests reception. Be available to work evenings and occasionally on weekends due to the nature of the events industry.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Suites, online CRM and project management apps
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Professionalism and a team-oriented mindset
  • Curious about the local artistic and business scene.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy attending events and meeting new people.
